Summer Internship Housing
Thank you for your interest in housing at the Commons! We're sure you would enjoy living here. We have a great location in Downtown Seattle close to local businesses and city life, as well as modern amenities and amazing Seattle and Space Needle views. It's also easy to commute to surrounding areas like Bellevue, Redmond, and Renton with nearby public transportation, and many internships and institutions will provide you with rideshare options as well.

At the Commons, you'll have access to on-site laundry that will send you a text message when your clothes are done washing and drying. Enjoy the beautiful rooftop deck with sweeping views of downtown, Elliott Bay, the Space Needle, and more! You can enjoy access to the fitness room, gaming tables, a shared kitchen and community living room 24 hours a day. We've got high-speed WiFi and wired internet throughout the entire building with blazing fast internet and streaming.
Single, double, & triple rooms are available, all fully furnished with a private bathroom. We also have a limited number of kitchenette rooms available on every residential floor.
Enjoy secure bike storage in the building and 24-hour onsite management to ensure the safety and security of the building.
The Commons offers green living in downtown Seattle - We're a LEED GOLD building opened in August 2015.
